We live in a world where health and well-being seem too far-fetched. In reality it is far from the truth. We are told that disease is part of our life. When we align to such beliefs we agree to sickness as a norm. Especially as you grow older you are told that disease and sickness are inevitable. What if what we have been taught is not the truth. Time and time again, I have seen the positive effects of a plant-based diet, not only in myself, but in the many people that I have taught this approach to healthy eating.
