I got a healing session with Uma out of curiosity. I was intrigued and open minded, but had no real idea what would happen. About an hour after the session, I felt a bad cold coming on and started coughing and felt tired. That passed an hour later, and I chalked it up to something being purged. I am always cheerful, but the following day was that on crack. I was singing, dancing, and laughing for no reason. I don't have any goals for meditation, but since then my meditation has been more "productive." It's a lot easier to tap in and be "there." I am more inspired and nicer. It's subtle, but big things that I can't really attribute to anything else. So, I'm really glad I did it.
